Still Kickin' Seated Senior Fitness classes are designed just for our elderly. Classes are done while sitting so there is no fall risk. All of our exercise are low intensity, yet help our seniors to maintain bone density, lessen joint pain, increase happiness and reduce depression, makes them feel healthy and more youthful, and allows them to be part of a community and make friends while working out right there in their chairs. This program is a 6 month rotating program. Each month there is a new class curriculum. All of which contain gentle stretching and chair yoga, light weight training, chair cardio, and guided relaxation.
